Sharon Kusha There's a bit of Florida radiance and tropical delight in all of Sharon's paintings. Born in Pensacola, FL and raised in New England, South Florida is now Sharon's full time home. Sharon's talent was recognized at a young age. At 14, she attended The Silvermine Guild of Artists in Connecticut, where she received formal training with oil paints. She then attended the School of Visual Arts in New York City and studied live figure drawing, fashion illustration and commercial art. Sharon pursued a rewarding full time career in the graphic design and illustrating field at various advertising agencies in Connecticut and Florida. Painting was always her love and continued to be her part time hobby. A short residence in Key West changed that and convinced her to put away the graphic tablet and pick up the paint brush again. Painting is now a full time endeavor and a fulfillment of a life long dream to do what she loves most. Paint! Sharon's primary media is acrylic paints. She has developed her brush stroke style from her foundation in oils and color rendering from years of graphic design.
